The letter stands 19.8 mm tall inside a ring of eight gold beads, and the four layers under it ship as the plain lotus bloom: scalloped pink rim, jade petals, the red core. Counters are held on 3 mm bridges so the middle of an O survives the mat intact. The blade math is boring but kind — no hole drops below 3 mm anywhere in the file, and no paper bridge left standing is thinner than 2.5 mm. Two 12×12 sheets of the same color cover several letters in one pass.
