Refund Policy

Cut Cottage sells instant digital downloads. Here is our straightforward refund policy.

Digital products

Because files are delivered immediately and cannot be “returned,” all sales are final once the files have been downloaded. Please read each product description carefully before purchasing.

We will refund or replace when:

A file is corrupted or will not open.
The design does not cut as described (for example, layers are not welded or text is not converted to curves).
You were charged twice for the same order.
You downloaded the wrong file by mistake on our side.

How to request a refund

Email hi@cutcottage.com within 30 days of purchase with your order number and a short description of the problem (a photo helps for cut issues). We reply to every message and will either fix the file, send a replacement, or refund the purchase through PayPal.
