By purchasing or downloading files from Cut Cottage you agree to these terms.

What you are buying

Cut Cottage sells instant digital downloads: hand-lettered SVG and DXF cut files for personal cutting machines. No physical product is shipped. Every purchase includes the SVG, a matching DXF and a short license file.

Use of files

You may use the designs for unlimited personal projects and for finished physical products you sell (shirts, signs, tumblers, cards and similar).
You may not resell, share, give away or redistribute the digital files themselves, in original or modified form.
You may not claim the designs as your own or register them as a trademark.

Delivery

Files are delivered immediately after checkout via download link and email. If a download fails, contact hi@cutcottage.com and we will send the files directly.

Refunds

Because these are instant digital goods, all sales are final once files have been downloaded. If a file is defective or does not cut as described, we will fix it or refund you — see our Refund Policy.

Liability

Cut Cottage is not liable for damages arising from use of the files beyond the purchase price. Designs are tested before listing, but final cut results depend on your machine, materials and settings.
