Privacy Policy

Cut Cottage (https://cutcottage.com) respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

Order information: name, email address and order history, collected at checkout so we can deliver your files and receipts.
Payment data: payments are processed by PayPal. We never see or store your full card or PayPal credentials.
Usage data: basic, aggregated analytics about which pages are visited, used only to improve the shop.

How we use it

Your email address is used to deliver purchases, send receipts and — only if you opt in — product updates. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with anyone except the payment processor and hosting providers required to run the shop.

Cookies

We use a small number of functional cookies to keep carts and login sessions working. You can block cookies in your browser; the shop will still work, but checkout may require re-entering details.

Data retention and your rights

Order records are kept as long as required for tax and support purposes. You may request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it at any time by writing to hi@cutcottage.com.
